MobWerk Wholesale privacy policy

MobWerk Wholesale keeps no data about your customers. Your settings are stored in your own Shopify store. This website and the app use no cookies, analytics or advertising.

Who we are

MobWerk is run by Metin Oktay Boz, an individual developer. This policy covers the Shopify app MobWerk Wholesale and this website. Contact: support@mobwerk.com.

What the app uses

• Your settings (discounts, quantity breaks, minimums) are saved in your Shopify store, not on our servers.
• Your products are read from Shopify in your browser so you can pick them and preview prices. They are not sent to us.
• Your customers: the app cannot read your customer list. At checkout, Shopify checks whether the signed-in customer has the tag wholesale. That check happens inside Shopify, and nothing about the customer reaches us.
• Notices from Shopify, such as an uninstall, are logged with your store's address only.

This website and email

Our host briefly logs visits, including IP addresses. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

Who we share data with

Only Shopify, Cloudflare (hosting) and Google (email). They may process data in the United States and other countries. We never sell data or use it for advertising.

Uninstalling

When you uninstall, Shopify removes the app's discount and checkout rule. Your settings stay in your store, so they return if you reinstall. We lose access when you uninstall and can't delete them afterwards. To remove them, clear your settings in the app first.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted by writing to support@mobwerk.com. In the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you are a customer of a store using the app, the store holds your data, so contact them first.

The app is a business tool and is not meant for children. If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new date.
